Mr. Sears is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with extensive experience across the Defense Services industry. He is responsible for implementing Synchron’s mission and ensures customer satisfaction. Prior to forming Synchron, Mr. Sears was the Vice President of Strategic Pursuits for Dell Services, Federal Government (DSFG), held multiple customer facing Director level positions, and was a design/test engineer at Newport News Shipbuilding. He has an MBA from William and Mary and a Bachelors Degree from the University of Virginia.
Mr. Evans is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Financial Manager (CFM). He is recognized as an expert on the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process. Prior to joining Synchron, Mr. Evans provided comprehensive program management, budgetary and PPBE support to OPNAV, NAVSEA and DHS clients. Mr. Evans has a Bachelors Degree from the U.S. Naval Academy and was a Surface Warfare Officer while on active duty.
Mr. Hoffman is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) leads Synchron’s business development and strategic objectives. Mr. Hoffman leverages his experience in shipbuilding and professional support services to implement corporate process improvements. He has a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Michigan and was previously the prime contractor Program Manager for the NAVSEA 07Q organization.
