Synchron will be responsible for developing, managing, updating, conducting, and administering a fully integrated working group course on the Navy and JCIDS requirements process. Synchron will update all required course materials to reflect all current guidance and directives, including but not limited to, course syllabus, instructor guides, student guides, lesson plans, and course evaluations. Synchron will also create new or supplemental materials where necessary. The content of the courses will focus on the areas as designated by the Navy. Synchron will be responsible for the administration and instruction of the course. Administration includes pre-course liaison with students in the course sessions, student enrollment and sign-up, updating of materials based on student feedback and analysis to maintain course currency and tracking and reporting course completion data.
